Looking for some help guys.
While I was away in vacation the new update came in and I can't access my ps4.
I've tried just about everything and get this error code even when I try to initialize the ps4 and wipe my save data which is fine with me.
The LAN cable and usb option didn't work and ended up giving me this error code.
Has anybody found a work around for this error code?

I have recently got a ps4. I play it with my bro, like we play against each other.
I stay in the 1st floor and my bro is in the 2nd. Now the thing is we have TVs in each floor, but we want to have the ps4 in a place were we both can play at the same time.
The things I though of was getting a hdmi splitter for TVs.
For controller, is it possible to get a controller charger which is long from one floor to another.
I badly need suggestions on this.

So basically I've spent the last 2 weeks relentlessly tracking a huge issue I'm having. One minute I'm getting speeds of 50,60, or even 70 Mbps then minutes later I'm getting 9, 6, and even as low as 0.8 Mbps speeds. Needless to say this causes me a lot if stress because one minute I'm killing on Call of Duty like a pro then the next thing I know I get hit markers for days while unloading an entire clip into my foe and he kills me with one bullet. I test the connection 10 to 20 times over a 5 minute span and the speeds fluctuate by as much as 70 Mbps in those 5 minutes. This is with a wired PS4 pro sitting literally 24 inches from the router. It's in the dmz, I've set UPnP on, I've got the best DNS set and my nat on COD is always open. I've even called my ISP and had a tech come out and check every single thing. I basically held him hostage until I was sure he did everything possible to ensure my connection was solid.
Fast forward a bit, I'm laying in bed still baffled by this issue. I spend hours looking online, looking on forums, looking on YouTube, and looking every place I can to see if anyone else has this issue. I find people with similar issues but they mostly complain about download speeds and the like. I've never found a solution to this issue but I have found the cause of it. The cause is the console. I own 2 systems. I mainly use the pro because it's "better" and my regular ps4 slim is for the kids. The slim sits in my room and is on 5g Wi-Fi. I couldn't sleep and was still battling this fascinating internet issue when I realized something. I used the regular ps4 slim at another house and the entire time I was unstoppable on COD. I could win matches at will (btw I'm really good at shooting games so doing poorly is unusual for me which is how I noticed the issue initially). All night long I was always top of the leader board getting 25+ kills per game. I tested The connection there and it was always 50+ Mbps. I just assumed they had better internet which is what prompted me to call my isp for tech help. So I'm laying in bed still obsessed with this and read something somewhere that says the PRO has a junk network adapter. So to test the theory I fire up the little ol PS4 SLIM and do test after test after test and guess what I find out... Nothing but consistently high speeds. I'm thinking maybe it's just cause its Wi-Fi so I hook it up to lan and guess what, even faster speed constantly.
This POS4 Pro is on its way back to Walmart. Better my *****... Better at messing up my K/D and causing me to lose sleep for 2 freaking weeks and thinking I'm getting to old for games. I literally thought my reflexes were shot or something because I don't lose unless I want to lose.
If you find your great one minute and suck the next test your speeds and see if they flex wildly like mine, if so chances are you got a dud. Take it back and demand Sony stop putting out junk consoles.

I hope someone can help, firstly before anyone tells me to update software everything is up to date,
database has been rebuilt, i initialised my PS4 also once and yet it has still not solved the issue.
The PS4 is less than around 2 years old, I have a crash literally every other game, It is making games practically unplayable - i play fifa online and regularly crash whilst playing which is ruining the gaming experience.
I have tried everything to resolve this that has been suggested online but it seems a constant that nothing is fixing it.
It happens on any game, and even on apps such as sky.
More so on fifa but thats played more often.
There must be a solution to the issue

So normally i use my PS4 Pro (latest update) on my Desktop with an Gaming Monitor and my Astro A40s & MixAmp Pro.
So what happend is; Yesterday I unplugged everything and moved my console to my 4K TV and when i moved everything back and plugged my Headset back in (which uses USB for the input and Toslink for the output) suddenly kept quiet.
i tried everything until i figured out that the ps4 keeps playing the sound via HDMI even though it is setup to Digital Out.
Hello I’m looking at getting PSVR and see it requires one USB port, I have one port occupied with my turtle Beach transmitter and one I use for a wheel and flight stick so obviously I’m one short, So just looking if there is a solution so I can use my headset, wheel/flight stick and PSVR together, thanks.

I changed my harddrive last week on ps4 orginal and was working perfect until yesterday it made a funny noise and now it is on safe mode and i chose options 1 2 4 and 5 and 4 gets to 99% and then says wont start and i need to turn it off please help i dont what else i can do 
Dear PS4/sony team, i recently discovered that my PS4 was taking longer and longer to boot up when one day, it wouldn't boot up at all... It showed a black screen giving instructions to plug in dualshock controller via USB cable, update system storage and a website link. I followed the link to a download for the system storage (4.7 i think). I then downloaded it to a USB storage device, placed inside the UPDATE folder which was also inside the PS4 folder and plugged it into the USB port of the Playstation.
It then took around 5 minutes to load and then another black screen saying use PS4 system storage 5.0 or later so i reset the console and downloaded the 5.0 storage update. I plugged it in and it still didn't work. Please, help me fix my playstation or give instructions on how to fix, thank you, KIan McMillan.
PS. The system told me after booting up (when it still worked) to not unplug AC power cord until light was off. I unplugged it when the light was flashing orange, stupidly disregarding the system's warnings, if this at all related to the issue, please could you include information on why it is so. Thanks.
Is it worth doing it because apparently the ps4's heatsink is made up of aluminium and the APU is a different material. And I heard its highly conductive

I connected my ps4 to my brother's TV and he displays a wierd purple green screen, I tryed changing the Resolution and the RGB and it still displays the same way
i bought my ps4 approxmately 5 weeks ago. everything was working fine until i decided to buy a game from the store... i tried downloading it, and every 5-10 mins during the download (whatever i am doing) the ps4 controller turns off, and there is no way of me connecting it to the ps4 unless i manually turn off the ps4 and turn it back on again. this doesn't happen every once in a while... it happens every single time i download... havent been able to download more than 400 mgbs of the game at once (dont think i will even manage the 50 gb even if i want to)... i thought that the problem might be in the file i intend to download, and therefore tried a different game, but exactly the same thing happens every single time... i have tried a different controller, and have the controller to stay on at all times in settings, but still the same problem happens... help pleaseeee
