So when I tried to turn my PS4 Pro on this morning (never had a single problem with it before) it just keeps jumping from black screen to static on my TV.
Other inputs work fine on the TV.
After checking the HDMI connection I started the Console in Safe Mode, in which everything runs normal, no static.
Starting it normal again only more static.
Any ideas?
I pre ordered the game and when i byed it i didint download the content right away. Then i could download the game and the theme because i found them in the store but i cant find the carpack anywhere. In my phones browser i can see that i own the pack but i dont find it anywhere in my ps4 to download it. Any suggestions? And sory to my bad english

we have a PS4 on which my user account has PS+. My other son has his own user but it isn't on PS+. We recently had to reset the PS4 and my son had to create a new user and is no longer able to play online against his friends. We used to have my user (ps+) and 3 other users all of whom could play online but didn't have ps+. Surely you don't now all have to pay for ps+ to each go online? This is really not my thing so if anybody can help that would be great? Thanks

I was checking my playstation library and spotted a game I don't remember buying from the PS Store (Watch Dogs 2). Due to fears of account suspension,I decided to contact PS support UK, I've done everything they've asked me to do such as getting in touch with the users of my console and checking the transaction histories, yet there is not a single trace of me/us buying the game. Hello all i have a problem when playing especially fifa 18 on my phillips t.v brand new model Pus6121 4k with hdr .. when i play online and even offline.. its like players getting a ghosting and blurry sometimes it comes and goes..and it get me my nerves up.. i don't know what i should do.. anyone has this type of problem?

Hi as a complete newbie this is quite possibly a silly question but hey better to be sure than regret later.
So are latest discs capable of playing 4k rather than 1080 the same disc or is their different quality markings on the box?
eg I know Unchartered 4 offers 4k resolution so does this mean every disc in the shop offers 4k resolution or some discs are maxed out at 1080?
Is there any noticeable upgrade on deluxe edition discs?

I bought an account for GTA when they were relatively cheap. If you don't know, when they create these accounts they use temporary email websites for the accounts. When I updated my PS4, it logged me out of the account and I can't remember the password and dont have access to the email address. Is there any way I can change the email?
So today my ps4 wouldnt display anything.. Tried on 3 tvs and used several hdmi leads still wouldnt work.
Started safe mode and changed display to 480p.. Now it displays but flickers a lot.. Again tried more tvs and leads all the same
Even tried a full reset still no better.. Any ideas im close to dropping it out the window
